Congratulations to Selvyn Colby who as appointed as the new General Manager of the Free State Rugby Union.

Colby has been involved with Free State Rugby for the last 12 years as Manager of Amateur Rugby.

His main objectives would be to reposition the Union and build strong relations with other Unions in South Africa.  

"He is a loyal servant of Free State Rugby.  We are confident that he will give his best and we fully support him." Said Mr. Jerry Segwaba, President of the Free State Rugby.
