Free State Women's Rugby Seven's starts with a BANG on Saturday, 25 February 2023 at Old Grey's, Bloemfontein.

Eight (8) teams will be participating in the tournament, and they are divided into Pool A and Pool B. Namely:

Pool A: Collegians, Mangaung, Tempe Badgers, and Botshabelo.

Pool B: Spartans, Colesberg Queens, Grootvlei and UFS Wolverines.

Games are set to kick-off from 09:00 till 17:00 since there are going to be semi-finals as well as finals.
